		PURIFICATION PROGRAMS
		These programs, THE RESIDENTIAL PURIFICATION INTENSIVE and OPTIMUM ADVANCED WELLNESS INTENSIVE, are offered to help you improve your level of wellness and learn how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. THE RESIDENTIAL PURIFICATION INTENSIVE This program focuses on Rest, Body Energy Repair and Rejuvenation. It is offered to help you PURIFY, focus on enhancing your level of wellness and move into a healthier lifestyle. The results of poor nutrition, dehydration and poor elimination of waste have been proven to be primary contributors to premature aging and preventable ill health. We help you to overcome these problems. This is a restricted dietary program that includes only fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, berries deliciously prepared raw and/or lightly cooked to help your body cleanse, nourish and rejuvenate itself. Participants will be tested to see if they have particular allergic reactions to citrus fruits since citrus is an important part of the diet. This is not an easy program. It takes focused discipline and determination to change habits. But it will result in your physical body functioning at a higher level. And you will feel the difference. Our Intensives are usually five to seven days. Five days on the intensive program, Monday through Friday. This includes Divine Color Therapy, meditation, bodywork, exercise, workshops, consultation, etc. Two days on a more relaxed program. Friday evening and Saturday afternoon we will have workshops. Sunday is the day for preparing to return to our respective homes. There will be other modalities offered such as additional private consultations and coaching in healing specific problems as time permits. However, the focus will be on PURIFICATION through the FOOD PROGRAM, BODY ENERGY REPAIR and REST in a serene, healthy environment. REJUVENATION comes as a result of these practices.
		OPTIMUM ADVANCED WELLNESS INTENSIVE This is a one-month residential program. The first week is the week of transition into the program in which the diet will be 75% raw and 25% cooked. The next three weeks will be all raw foods with the regular Body Energy Repair, Meditation, Exercise, etc. Special arrangements must be made for the Optimum Advanced Wellness Intensive. top of page>>

		#1 USES OF PLANTS AS MEDICINE "Keep It Green" Plants are some of the forms that hold the energies of life. Knowing how to use these energies is key to helping to gain and maintain optimal wellness. #2 &3 THERAPEUTIC FOODS PROGRAM (a two-part series) Includes the rationale behind the Green Purification Dietary Program and Full Spectrum Whole Foods. There will be preparation of Purification and Maintenance meals, drinks, as well as ways to prepare foods for people with special needs, i.e. young children, and/or people recuperating from illnesses. #5 WOMEN'S HEALING CIRCLES A monthly support group that focuses on Wellness Enhancement, Purification, Healing Work, sharing information and more.
